It is also effective in grooming and counseling of the patient and to give the patient a mental support. Identification of emotion relating other persons view: For the explanation of this point a word is certainly came in to the discussion that is Empathy, which may be indicating the capacity of a person to intense understanding of other mind state, their emotion specially for the patient associated with some physiological disability or disorder. As in the health care system patient is fundamental base and diagnosing of diseases is primary requisite this factor make better way of management and treatment for affected people. For this factor patient can express his or her opinion are condition in more relax way which is significant beneficial for physician or nurses (Speert, 2007). Managing relation: Relationship creation relating to interpersonal view is one of key elements of this modern theory of communication. Handling the emotion and if necessary proper alteration of particulars mindset in order to their well-being is the primary stage of this approach. These factors are responsible for interpersonal development of patient as well as their counseling (Tipton, 2014). This theory of modern effective communication specially designed for management of physiologically abnormal person can be acknowledged and it is very important for social perspective to learn this technique from childhood in order to maintaining the balance between self-emotion and positive or negative environment. So in the syllabus or in the structure of education of school or colleges or various carriers oriented courses should include this theory of understanding (Fiori, and Antonakis, 2012, p. 250). For incorporating the theory into the students or young people team-work plays a great role for proper listening and understanding of others voice. Some person is sometime experiencing various troubles relating to team-work and compromising to others. So in order to deliver consistent optimistic relation management the process should go excluding the various negative factors and that person associated with such problem. After above discussion it is acknowledge that intelligence related to emotion is not only the modern effective communication media but also the outstanding technique of relation management which is stand upon the others experience, greatly influence and a strong future scope in health care system.
